How to add printer

We have two ways to add printers. First option is to use Windows option to search printers on local network. Second option is to add printer using IP address.

Add printer using autodiscovery

  • Start -> Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Printers & Scanners
  • Click on "Add device" button
  • Click "Add device" button on printer you want to add

This can take couple of minutes to complete so please wait. Once adding printer is done you will see added printer in the list on the bottom.

Add printer using IP address

We have two printers you can add by this option, these are two Konica Minolta Bizhub 224e printers.

IP addresses:

  • 1st floor 192.168.0.15
  • ground floor 192.168.0.130

  • Click on "Add device" button
  • Wait for option "The printer that I want isn't listed" and click "Add a new device manually"
